WILL USE AGAIN - Just moved into our new home and the toilet sprung a leak. Decided to use MPE Services after reading the good reviews here and we weren't disappointed. They managed to fit the job in quickly. The engineer popped round first to identify the problem and the parts needed and returned within the hour to carry out the works efficiently and leaving no mess. Very pleased and will use again.

BOILER SERVICE - I had a full boiler service recently which was done promptly and without fuss, and the fitter also disconnected a gas fire (a small job) at no additional charge while he was there as it was in the time, very pleased with the job and cost and will use MPE again.

HELPFUL & FRIENDLY - Carl and Ben were extremely helpful and friendly. They unblocked our loft conversion loo without complaint and with much good humour. The problem was difficult due to the length and number of bends in the pipework, but they got the job done with minimum fuss. Having had three other plumbers trying to the fix the problem their no nonsense approach was appreciated.

GREAT WORK - Used MPE a few months ago when I moved into my new house. Central heating was in a real mess - leaking radiators, didn't give out any heat and lukewarm water. Quite a big job but felt MPE offered a very reasonable price. John the plumber was great - and someone I was happy to leave the house keys with so I didn't have time to take off work. In future I wouldn't consider using anyone else. A tradesman that takes his shoes off at the door before entering the house has a thumbs up from me.

LEAK, BROKEN TAP & NEW FLUSH SYSTEM - Kevin and Kim helpful and swift at booking us in, plumber was friendly and good at explaining what he was doing when I asked. Was a bit disappointed that he didn't have with him any of the parts even though some were described as very basic, but even with a trip to the plumbers merchants he did all three jobs in two hours.

EFFICIENT & RELIABLE - The person who took my call for a plumber, got back to me when she promised to, gave me an exact time that he would arrive and kept me informed. The plumber phoned to say he was delayed by 10 minutes and when he arrived he efficiently diagnosed the problem and mended the fault quickly.
This was a much better service than has been experienced from other plumbing companies and I think they have a winning approach giving you an exact time, telling you the hourly rate and keeping the customer informed at all times.

HELPFUL, COMPETENT & FRIENDLY - I was desperate as heating in our house failed and the children were really cold. Saw the MPE van in the road outside and rang the telephone number. Delighted to find myself talking to real person who was very helpful and got someone round asap. The engineer came on time and was really helpful and competent and friendly. Heating fixed pretty much at once. A fantastic reliable service all round and I would definitely highly recommend this company.

WASTE DISPOSAL - John came promptly and sorted out the problem (blocked waste disposal). very efficient and very friendly I would not hesitate to recommend the company. Replaced the waste disposal , done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend the company's services.

ON TIME - We have just had our boiler serviced today by John, it was nice to have a pleasant efficient tradesman who most importantly for a busy household was on time. Being on time with small children allows you to keep to the plans you have for the day and this is most appreciated. We will be using MPE again.

HONEST! - John came to repair my boiler and was very knowledgeable and a nice bloke too! He said the fault might be with the circuit board (very expensive!) but said he had a few other things to try before he was sure that was the problem. He did find the fault elsewhere and repaired it, so no expensive circuit board needed. Hurrah!

FIXING GAS LEAK - MPE gave brilliant service in quite a complicated task. Kevin was superb in the office and John was absolutely fantastic when he came round - he found the gas leak and sealed it and now we are in great shape. Quite a difficult job, really well done, would recommend MPE to anyone.

BOILER PUMP - Thanks Kevin, for arranging for your plumber, John, to fix our boilers’ pump promptly. I was allowed to see the job being done. It took about 20 minutes to diagnose. John phoned around for a new pump but was informed it could take a few days to deliver! Luckily I knew a supplier who could sell a new pump on the day. So I popped out to buy the pump whilst John went out to attend another call. 4 hours later, John was back to install the pump. Job done! Thanks. Cost wise? At least I was not goaded on the phone to provide credit card. I paid promptly after the bill arrived.

GREAT SERVICE - We needed a heating engineer to fix our boiler and came across MPE in Thomson Local. They were brilliant from start to finish - helpful attitude on the phone and correct prognosis on the phone. They were able to fix the boiler on the same day and charged a fair rate for the job. They were up front about all costs before the job was agreed. Will definitely use this company again.

CENTRAL HEATING - I have no hesitation in recommending this company. They came out quickly and fixed my central heating problem quickly. A lovely gentleman came out called Kevin and he was most helpful. I shall definitely use them when my heating system needs replacing - in the mean time I shall be using them for maintenance.

BOILER - I called Tues before Christmas with heating part of system failing within 30 mins Barry was here, diagnosed the problem unable to solve there and then but was prepared to come back on bank holiday Monday to sort it all out. Very efficient, clean and polite, I would 100% use again and recommend to anyone else. Thank you.

SANIFLOW - I phoned Kevin on an early Sunday evening, and he actually answered his phone. We'd been badly let down by another plumber and there was a whiff of a batched job in the air. Barry came out the next day, and sorted the entire situation out. He was professional, economical, and efficient.

FIXED LEAKING RADIATORS, OTHER PIPEWORK - We've had a few plumbing jobs completed and have been very happy with all of the work. Most recently, our washing machine was moved, requiring new pipework. Barry did an excellent job, was quick, and made some excellent suggestions. Top notch!

BATHROOM SUITE - MPE Services recently put a new bathroom suite in to our home in Acton. The plumber was excellent and a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. The job was done in no time at all and the quality of work is first class.

NEW CIRCUIT BOARD - MPE services were called out to diagnose a problem with the inconsistent hot water in our house. The engineer diagnosed the problem immediately and we were given a quote (very reasonable) on replacing/fitting a new circuit board. The replacement was fitted without any hassle and the engineer left the place clean and tidy.
I would highly recommend MPE services on all levels - from the initial phone call when that problem arose right to the end when the job was completed.

PLUMBING & BOILER SERVICE - MPE provided a thoroughly professional service recently when they helped with a leak in the bathroom and also a boiler service.They sorted the problem efficiently and well.The plumber himself was very friendly and took time to explain what was going on. They were also very reasonable with their fees.Their follow up and follow through has been superb and very refreshing in this day and age.I recommend them without hesitation.

NEW WATER TANK - An old galvanized iron water tank had to be cut up and removed from the roof space of a five-floor house and replaced with a modern one hoisted up on the outside of the building. All this was done without fuss and without mess and the men were thorough and thoughtful. What could have been a rather stressful day turned out to be really rather enjoyable!

COMPLETE WIRING & PLUMBING OF NEW HOUSE - I cannot recommend MPE more highly. While they are not the cheapest mechanical and electrical contractors I am a great believer in you get what you pay for and the quality of their work is first rate. They work according to schedule and their personnel are charming, gracious and clearly know what they are doing.
